Our pricing reflects real-world delivery, detailed reporting, and a structured approach aligned with DVSA best practice and Roadcraft principles.

All prices below include VAT.

Full Day

(up to 7 hours on site)

• On-site delivery

Half Day

(up to 3.5 hours on site)

Day-Based Services

On-Road Driver Assessment

£95 per driver

Includes:

• On-road driving assessment

• Written driver assessment report

Driver Induction

Suitable for new starters or role changes and includes:

• Personalised presentation covering your policies

• Legal responsibilities and duty of care

• Driver safety and risk awareness

• Vehicle responsibilities and reporting procedures

• No on-road assessment or vehicle check and compliance

Vehicle Safety & Compliance Check
(Standalone)

£69 per driver

Ideal as:

• A refresher

• A compliance check

• An add-on to assessments

Post-Collision Aftercare

£120 per hour (minimum 2 hours)

Includes:

• On-Road Assessment for collision based incidents

• Driver debrief and support

• Review of circumstances and contributing factors

• Practical recommendations

• Written summary for management and driver

Collision Aftercare & Incident Support

Targeted Training & Follow-On Support

• Targeted follow-on training: Starting at £85 per driver

• Re-assessment: £95 per driver - Assessment and report only

Focused on specific behaviours identified during assessment.

For organisations requiring regular support, DriveSmart Solutions offers:

• Contracted day rates

• Volume-based pricing

• Monthly or quarterly arrangements

• Pricing include VAT

• Travel outside agreed areas may be charged

• Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are chargeable in full

• 'No Show' from drivers are still charged at normal rate

• Full terms are provided as part of the booking process
